Human behaviors hard-wired into the way we interact with friends and strangers are the drivers behind both peace and war. Understanding those dynamics and how to systemically address better modes of thought and action is key to delivering on the desire for a better world. This section is the Human Systemics key to making the everyday choice between a harmonious future for humans or the very real possibility of ending it completely.<

Negotiation is fundamental to all constructive human interactions. The alternative is brute force or violent conflict to get or maintain control. This course is the most critical process in getting to more harmonious outcomes with less stress and deaths, in any situation of human transactions.

This course introduces the tools and process for successful negotiation, including empathy-building, inter-cultural communications (even men and women have their own cultures)

This is a mediation session that is designed to have you and another party get to an agreement that will work. Unlike litigation or arbitration with specialized guidance and support from a certified CPM Human SystemicsTM Mediator, there will be no stigmatizing records.

130: Inter-cultural Empathy-building

This is a mediation session that combines a kinesthetic (interactive) e-learning component with specialized guidance and support from a Human Systemics Relationship specialist.

-------------------------

This is a kinesthetic blended e-learning course for groups. The relationship builder workshop is recommended to be a pre-requisite for other Human SystemicsTM programs. Our programs enhance the future of any close partnership, whatever its outcome, using the most modern concepts from science, psychology, and mediation while integrating the best of traditional cultural practices. We respect the best of each gender’s culture while changing certain aspects that negatively affect their daily life and those around them that result in unnecessary stress, miscommunication, broken trust, ill health, depression, etc.

------------------------

The main difference between mediation and arbitration is the process used to solve your conflict. Both options will help you solve a legal issue outside of the traditional court process, but they use two different methods to get you from A to Z. Keep records clean and relationships healthy by using mediation practices in your personal life. Built on powerful concepts of Systems Anthropology and Human Dynamics, help those facing difficult personal challenges overcome those issues.
